Consumer Confident Reports
The 1996 Amendment to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SWDA) under 40 CRT Part 141 Subpart 0, all community water systems are required to provide their customers with an annual water quality report or CCR. Community Water Systems CCR are due July 1 [40 CFR 141.151 (b)].
